"Who introduced me to the sport of Disc Golf?
A very long time ago my Aunt gave us a couple of discs but for the most part they just sat in my garage. I got them out and started occasionally playing with my dad and brother at the start of covid. I really got into it summer of 2022 when I met a couple of buddies. I ended the summer with my first tournament and the rest is history. "

"Tell us about your Tournament Day routine and if you carry any lucky charms?
Usually the night before a tournament I'll go through all my discs to make sure they don't have any mud or gashes on them. The morning of usually consists of some Taco Bell and an energy drink of some sort. Warm up is all my putters and mid-ranges and then I'll ""throw"" the first couple of holes in the field trying to get good clean releases building confidence on the shots. I like to carry fruit snacks and club crackers when I can. They're quick taste pretty good and easy to share but every once in a while I'll sneak in a back 9 burrito which always gets everyone laughing. "
"When you play a new course for a tournament what is your plan of action. Play it blind, walk some holes, get the details from a card mate? Tell us how you attack a new course.
If I can't play the course before the tournament my go way to prepare is trying to find the course on YouTube. More often than not there's a video at the course. I like to watch them just to get an idea of where the baskets are relative to fairways and if there is any big danger like drop-offs behind the baskets I should be aware of but I get the chance to play the course that is always best case for me.
