"Who introduced me to the sport of Disc Golf?
My intro to this sport is a bit hazy. I had several impromptu interactions that opened the door for me. During summer break in college my boyfriend found a starter set in the clearance aisle at Walmart in Palm Springs, CA. Sometime after that summer we were at a park with friends in Daytona Beach. A cool older guy was turbo putting on a basket there. We watched him for a while because it looked so cool. He ended up giving us all a lesson on turbo putts. Before he left, this stranger handed me a McPro Aviar and said, ""keep it and go throw."" That moment really changed everything."

"Tell us about your Tournament Day routine and if you carry any lucky charms?
Stop for coffee on the way; always. I prefer to warm up at a different course (get some throws in, maybe play a couple practice holes). It's definitely good for the mind and body to stretch. I like to use a resistance band for upper body. "
"When you play a new course for a tournament what is your plan of action. Play it blind, walk some holes, get the details from a card mate? Tell us how you attack a new course.
Always play at least one practice round, have the caddie book downloaded and pulled up on my phone, notes of OB, watch YouTube video of the course beforehand"
