"Who introduced me to the sport of Disc Golf?
Family - we checked it out together on a camping trip."
"What is your biggest Disc Golf accomplishment? Your most proud moment in the sport?
My proudest moment in the sport was a result of overcoming the delays and stresses of the Amatuer World Championships 2023. After day one, I was sitting T42nd with some ladies not even done playing round 1. Due to the smog, we had to wait a day and a half to be given the opportunity to play again. The next few days were focused on building friendships with ladies from New Zealand and Colombia, and competing/controlling what I could to improve my game. This ended up with me being able to fight back to T-2nd. That was made an even more amazing of an experience because of the support and new friendships from around the world."
"Whats your favorite disc color to throw?
Pink/Orange"
"What weight drivers do you like to throw?
Mid 160s or max"
"What one disc do you throw the farthest? Pure distance
Discraft Scorch"
"What do you putt with?
Discraft Luna & Roach"
"What course did you fall in love with Disc Golf on?
Tillman Park - first FPO tournament (wayyyyy too early) but I was able to watch a couple touring pros shred. We stayed after and joked for hours after. I made a couple lifelong friends that day. Disc golf is about the people you meet and friendships you make."
"Whats the Tournament you circle on the calendar 1st as a cant miss?
USWDGC - I have had to cancel back to back years, but REALLY hope to make this year work!"
"In one sentence or less, tell us one interesting thing about you not disc golf related?
My husband and I traveled to Sydney, Australia to elope in November 2024."
"Tell us about your Tournament Day routine and if you carry any lucky charms?
I used to have a rigid routine, but was stressing the small stuff way too much. Working to find the happy in between where I warm up my body and prepare to compete, but still play and compete for fun."
"When you play a new course for a tournament what is your plan of action. Play it blind, walk some holes, get the details from a card mate? Tell us how you attack a new course.
Walk some holes (if time) & occasionally ask card mates for guidance when signs/PDGA live is confusing."
